Hirosaki's ramen specialty store “Rcamp” (Kitawaragacho, Hirosaki City) relocated and opened on December 16.

This ramen shop is mainly made from dried sardines and chicken white soup. “I want to create a ramen shop that doesn't get stuck in the frame,” says Taiki Iwabuchi, who is from Hirakawa and has worked at apparel shops and Okinawan restaurants. The reason for starting ramen is said to be the influence of a classmate and ramen critic Hayato Ishiyama.

The store, which had been operating in Kotomachi along Aomori Prefecture Road 109, was demolished and the store closed on August 21st. It was the first time in four months to resume business. “It took me a while to prototype a new menu and find a store. There were phone calls every day during holidays to confirm business,” Iwabuchi said.

The store area is about 23 tsubo and the number of seats is 32. It is wider than the previous store and has more seats. Bunaco is used for lighting and a tissue case, and the interior of the store incorporates exposed blocks on the wall, taking on the atmosphere of the previous store, reminiscent of a cafe or bar.

The menu includes "rich chicken shirayu niboshi ramen" (average = 800 yen, large = 900 yen), "SAKURA (cream prawn cream sauce ramen)" (average = 850 yen, large = 950 yen), as well as daily bowls ( The price varies). In the evening hours, in addition to alcoholic drinks such as beer, cocktails, sour, etc., takowasa, edamame (over 300 yen), Okinawa mozuku vinegar, Mimigar vinegar (over 400 yen), Sasuke pork skewers (1 We also prepare side menus such as books = 150 yen and up, orders from 3 books).

Mr. Iwabuchi says, “First of all, I will set up the system. Since it is only a short time after the reopening, I am accustomed to getting used to the specifications of the store, and I want to try new ramen, so I want to make time for trial production.”

Business hours are 11:30 to 14:30 and 18:00 to 22:30 (last order). Closed on Thursdays.
