Aomori Road Station Namioka "Apple Hill" (Namioka, Aomori City) will sell a limited number of the new product "Premium Corn Shake" developed in collaboration with Hirosaki University on November 26th and 27th.

This product was devised by six students in the economics and business process of the Faculty of Humanities of the same university who took the "business simulation training" given the task of "increasing the number of customers by developing new products".

Six of them have come up with nearly 30 ideas such as “apple pot” and “Taiyaki ice cream” to develop a new product, but chose the shake as a product that is easy to eat and can meet a wide customer base. Yota Nakao, a student member representative, said, "Based on the questionnaire collected from 250 customers, we have selected products using ingredients from Aomori prefecture that can target a wide range of customers."

The product is a soft-serve ice cream shake, topped with Aomori brand corn "only you" paste and sweet corn in a mixer, and eat with stirring. “I was particular about the crushing feeling of the cone,” said Nakao. It is said that he referred to the "Zunda Shake" that had become a hot topic in Sendai.

It will only be sold for two days, and the six members will sell at the restaurant "Appuruhiru" in the same station. Mr. Nakao is enthusiastic about "I want to achieve the target sales and give momentum to commercialization next summer."

Sale time is from 10:00 to 16:00 (finished as soon as the number of preparations is exhausted). The price is 300 yen.
