“Ramen Toraichi” (Fujisaki-cho, Minamitsugaru-gun), which had been operating in Fujisaki until January 2015, changed its store name and relocated to the same store. Takamori Shiratori, the store manager, is from Hirosaki, and has experience in the past when he ran “Takabo”, which provides tuna ramen in Dotehiro Yatai Village (Ichibancho, Hirosaki City).

“The store name is a combination of my name “Taka” and “Toraichi” tiger,” says Shiratori. He added his own arrangement from the basic recipe and said that he is gradually getting closer to the ramen I think is delicious. The store area is about 100 tsubo and the number of seats is 26. The interior of the store was illuminated by indirect lighting, and the table seats were designed to look like a terrace, and the space was designed so that small rises could be settled down slowly.

The menu is "Miso Ramen" (750 yen and up), "Red Miso Ramen" (780 yen and up), "Tonkotsu Soy Ramen" (700 yen and up), Shingoku Tsukemen (800 yen) and more We prepare side dishes such as simmered pork simmered rice, green onion pork rice (350 yen or more), "special Niragyoza" (350 yen and up), and prepare various toppings.
