Two months have passed since the mobile cafe "Minomono Wand" opened in Hirosaki city.

The cafe is a cafe that remodels a three-wheel type bicycle and provides coffee mainly. "Wand" in the store name is a Tsugaru word that means "we".

According to Azusa Sakazume, the store manager, he decided to retire from a medical institution that had worked for more than 10 years and open a drink specialty store, but never thought of having one. “I knew there was a mobile cake shop in Kamakura and thought about starting a mobile cafe,” said Sakazume, who said he was making coffee with a hand drip when he was entertaining his friends at home.

We decided to open it on the day of the new moon and set it on June 5. "I just saw the flyer recruiting store openings for "Kamite Morning Market" every Sunday morning from that day, and I was inspired by this," said Mr. Sakazume. He was initially opposed by his grandmother who lived in the city, but now he sometimes offers coffee together and sometimes volunteers help students. "It's a "wand" store as the store name says," he said.

“I was able to practice the work and life I was drawing, supported by my husband and those around me. I will continue to do this for a long time,” he said. "I want to create a city where people can call out and offer coffee on the spot, and I want to make it a shop where people can naturally gather by blending with the scenery of Hirosaki."

The menu is organic coffee (300 yen), cafe latte (350 yen), soichai (350 yen). If it's ice cream, it's a plus 50 yen.
