    On August 8th, "Daikanmachi Cafe & Bar" (Daikancho, Hirosaki City, TEL 0172-55-6170) opened in Hirosaki's Daikanmachi.

Maiko Nakahata of the same store said, “Smoothies made mainly from Aomori ingredients are “fresh” in the sense of “fresh”, the live feeling of cooking at the counter is “raw”, and our store is a real opportunity to connect with each other. Naba also has the meaning of "raw"."

    The store area is 15 tsubo, with 14 seats. The main raw smoothie cocktails are wokka from three types of "pink" made from local strawberries and apples, kiwi and komatsuna, "green" mixed with gray plates and apples, "yellow" of mango and apples. We also offer base cocktails (above, 680 yen), non-alcoholic drinks (580 yen), sangria (680 yen).

    The drink menu includes today's glass wine (680 yen), raw hard cider (580 yen), soy sauce moromi dip (580 yen), sausage platter (680 yen), fresh crab tomato cream pasta (780 yen), etc. Food, desserts such as Daikanmachi soft serve ice cream (420 yen) and Daikanmachi parfait (880 yen) will be sold. As a take-out menu, various raw smoothie juices (480 yen) and various raw smoothie shakes (580 yen) are also available.

    “I hope we can create a fun place for customers to provide, for example, the produce and products they make at the store,” says Nakahata. “We are also particular about local production and want to make original wine and cider in the store so that we can enjoy it,” he said.

    Business hours are from 17:30 to 23:30.
