At the summit of the domestic protected forest in the Hayaseno district of the same town, there is a huge stone (24 meters in height, 74 meters in circumference) called the "stone tower". " Based on this, together with the pilgrimage to the stone tower, the purpose of the tournament is for participants to play a big mullet within 5 minutes and listen to it.

Pilgrimages and legends to the stone towers are also seen in Odate City (former Tashiro Town), Akita Prefecture, across the prefectural borders, and nowadays, mutual towns are interacting with each other at a hora blow competition. This time too, more than 50 participants from the city visited the town. In addition, more than 100 people from Aomori City and Kuroishi City will participate. Ten of them went on the stage of horror blowing, and each showed various holas related to Owani Town.

Mr. Mitsuya who dressed up as a TV caster and read the news he created, titled "Owani News." It's been 4 years since I moved to Aomori from Hokkaido. In order to know more about Aomori, he began to actively participate in local events and won the Hora blow competition held in Oirase Town in January of this year. “My husband recommended that I not only win in the south but also in Tsugaru, I participated,” said Mitsuya.
