Hirosaki's web consulting company "CONSYS" (Hirosaki City Hyakuseki-cho, TEL 0172-34-9710) will carry out "IT work survey monitor tour" in September.

As part of efforts to increase human resources in the IT industry in Aomori Prefecture, this tour is conducted at two bases, Hirosaki and Misawa. During his stay, he does his own work in a coworking space and prepares a share house for his stay. Participants' travel expenses and accommodation expenses are free.

The aim is to demonstrate whether jobs in urban areas can be done in Aomori Prefecture, deepen exchanges with local creators, and promote UIJ turns. “We want to create an environment where we can work with IT human resources in urban areas through a monitor tour,” said Masakatsu Oura, president of the company.

Last year, 10 IT personnel living in urban areas participated. Masatoshi Muraoka is one from Towada who participated. In May of this year, a U-turn was realized, and a local company, B-Coes (Towada City, Aomori Prefecture) was started. Mr. Muraoka says, "The real experience of working in a local environment has become a good or bad UIJ deciding experience."
