Konan Railway (Hirakawa City, Aomori Prefecture) started selling tickets to commemorate the operation of the anime "Flying Witch" wrapping train on June 4.

The anime, set in Aomori and Hirosaki, is based on the manga of the same name serialized in "Separate Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha). Anime broadcasting began in April 2016, and locals are talking about not only products that collaborate with the animation, but also large signs and posters for Sakura Festival.

The passenger ticket that Konan Railway started selling is a folding mount of an anime illustration depicting the characters, with a "One-day free ticket for the Konan Line" and a "One-day free ticket for the Owani Line". , Both tickets are designed so that they can be separated from the illustrations. Mr. Masashi Nakata of the company explains, "The ticket part is a B-type ticket, which is a rare ticket that is rarely seen today."

It was said that about 50 fans gathered from all over Japan at Hirosaki Chuo Station on the Owani Line on June 3 when the pre-sale was conducted.

Currently, the train wrapped with the characters from the anime runs 18 times a day on the Owani Line. Wrapping is performed not only outside the car but also inside the car, and the announcement inside the car is played by the voice of Minami Shinoda, who plays the main character of the animation, Makoto Kohata.
