    A columnist, Switch Yamada, who lives in Hirakawa City, Aomori Prefecture, will publish a new book, "My Batcher 2 -88 Years Advance-" on June 11.

    This book summarizes the theme of life and everyday life with a grandmother who lives with Mr. Yamada. January 21, 2012-October 11, 2014 of "Yamada Switch's THE Aomori Life", which has been published in the Yomiuri Shimbun Aomori Prefecture edition since 2007, the second edition of "My Batcha" published in 2013. In addition to 55 columns with the correction of the day, 6 pages of newly written and manga were added.

    Mr. Yamada moved to Tokyo after graduating from Hirosaki Gakuin University and formed a comedy duo "Shiawase Switch". Received the 1st Pia Column Grand Prix in 2001, when they disbanded. He started column serialization on "Weekly Pia" and published his first book, "Shiawase Switch" in 2003. He now returns to Aomori and works on columns and illustrations in local newspapers.

    “The mountain in this book is where Batcha struggles to prepare for the funeral after his grandfather died,” says Yamada. Regarding the publication of the book, he received a request for a lecture at the Narita Main Store Shinmachi Store (Shinmachi, Aomori City) on June 11, about three months ago, and decided to publish the book urgently.

    “I've been in my twenties and thirties, and I've reached the point where I'm tired of it,” says Yamada. At the age of 40 in July, she smiles, saying, "I'm alive and having the most fun now. I want to enjoy getting closer to Batchcha as I grow older."
