Hirosaki City's car maintenance company "Etsuzen Motor Service" (Kanda, Hirosaki City) released on January 30 the "old logo" that it was found after 10 years.

The company was launched in 1985 by Ms. Mifumi Koshizen who was an automobile mechanic. At the time of its founding, the factory that started with three people now has more employees, up to 20 people, and has started to perform service such as car repair and maintenance, inspection and handling of used cars. It was in 2007 that the current location was reached after two business office relocations. This year marks the 30th anniversary of our founding.

Koshizen's eldest daughter, Naoko Jinko, returned to Hirosaki from Tokyo 10 years ago and decided to work at the company. Mr. Kami said that he started to think, "My father has left the site because of my poor physical condition. Can I keep my father's thoughts when I was founded in a visible way?" During the heavy snowfall that occurred in early December last year, I happened to find a logo designed by Mr. Koshizen at the time of its founding while I was driving a snow shovel car.

“When I was an elementary school student, I still remember my father drawing a logo on the chatadai in the living room,” says Kami. Koshizen's hand-drawn company logo was originally used as a signboard, but he could not mass-produce it because he did not know the whereabouts of the original drawing.

Currently, the logo is only available on the homepage, but he says he wants to use it in various ways in the future. “Thank you for the 30th anniversary of our founding and we want to do something that makes our customers happy.”

Business hours are from 8:50 to 17:30. Closed on Tuesdays, the first Monday, and national holidays.
