Did you know that there is a "Statue of Liberty" in Oirase Town, the southern part of Aomori Prefecture? There is a small "Statue of Liberty" in Icho Park, which is about 15 minutes by car from Shimoda Station.

Since Oirase Town and New York in the United States are connected at the same latitude, we were particular about 40 degrees 40 minutes north latitude "4" and were built in a quarter size. It is illuminated at night, creating a fantastic atmosphere.

The Statue of Liberty in Aomori can be reached nearby. Looking up from near, it's so powerful that you can't imagine it being a quarter size. Why don't you try it?
